These types of phone interactions were enjoyable for me.

When a gentleman calls the office, he asks whether we can help him and his family buy their first investment property. They could have done it themselves, but what I admire about these situations is that they are utilising our decades of industry expertise by contacting us.

We'll help them find the best financing and the lowest-risk investment property. We have the ability to do so if we find a property that can be developed. Best of all...all of the work is completed in-house.

Because I used to only work hard, I enjoy connecting with those who choose to work intelligently. I could have achieved my goals much sooner if I had worked smarter back in the day!
