We will complete the engineering, electrical, and structural plans and submit them for permit approval in the first week of February 2023.

Dan, on the other hand, is granting first purchase rights to family and friends. The goal is to have all units pre-sold before our permits are approved and construction begins...the estimated construction date is April 30, 2023, with completion in Q1 2024.
