Full Job Description

Construction Project Manager responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project

  • Negotiating contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements

Job brief
We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to plan and supervise a wide range of construction projects from start to finish. You will organize and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

An excellent Construction Project Manager must be well-versed in all construction methodologies and procedures and able to coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the best results. The ideal candidate will have an analytical mind and great organizational skills.

The goal will be to ensure all projects are delivered on time according to requirements and without exceeding budget.


Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project

  • Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements

  • Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities

  • Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations

  • Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met

  • Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies

  • Hire contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities

  • Supervise the work of laborers, mechanics etc. and give them guidance when needed

  • Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports

  • Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues

Requirements and skills

  • Proven experience as construction project manager

  • In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles

  • Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards

  • Good knowledge of MS Office

  • Familiarity with construction/ project management software

  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

  • A team player with leadership abilities

  • PMP or equivalent certification will be an advantage

Salary: $57,000.00-$125,000.00 per year

Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing the marketing efforts of one or more of M8TRIX5’s brands while growing the digital sales. As a vital member of the team, the ideal candidate works closely with members of the Digital Sales team to expertly manage and execute marketing initiatives and projects within Paid Social, SEO, PPC and other digital verticals.

This person quickly understands and supports initiatives that will contribute to the goals and success of the business. Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to: daily account management (Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, Microsoft Advertising), analyzing digital performance metrics, discovering and presenting opportunities for growth and optimizations, presenting and implementing growth initiatives to sales and COA goals, act as a business owner for digital sales projects, work cross-functionally with product, pricing, and technology teams to support online sales goals, regularly present findings, insight and recommendations for sales growth.

Responsibilities:

Paid Social

  • Paid social strategy planning

  • Creation of ads

  • Targeting and geofencing (lookalike, affinity, etc.)

  • Ongoing management of paid social campaigns

  • Company page management; engagement with audiences

  • Ongoing data analysis and performance review

  • Reporting and weekly performance evaluation – focusing on accepted COA

  • Other duties needed to maintain a stable paid social performance

 

SEO

  • Planning and execution of on-page optimization projects – optimization of titles, headers, meta tags, schemas, images, etc.

  • Organic traffic analysis: analyze Google Analytics

  • Technical SEO – redirects, errors, site speed optimization, sitemaps, etc.

  • Local SEO – planning and execution of Local SEO strategy for applicable brands

  • Copywriting and content creation: blogs, articles, meta tags, ad copy and adhere to additional contextual needs based on need

  • Ability to work with supporting 3rd party tools: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEM Rush, Screaming Frog, Ubbersuggest, etc.

  • Filling other SEO related duties to support the available executional bandwidth

 

Paid Search

  • Campaign management on Google Ads and MS Advertising

  • Strategy planning and execution

  • Keyword research and CPC estimates

  • Creation of ads utilizing compelling copy

  • Performance review and ongoing ad spend bleed mitigation

  • Performance would adhere to targeted COA

  • Data manipulation and reporting (MS excel, Google Data Studio, etc.)

  • Work with legal and/or design/dev/QA/experience department(s)


Digital Marketing

  • Assist with planning and execution of seasonal and/or urgent project/campaigns

  • Suggest ad copy

  • Plan compelling landing pages

  • Troubleshooting (of social accounts, billing, disapprovals and/or area needing further investigation)

  • Design materials and propose art direction for landing pages, display ads and other visuals

Requirements:

  • Experience: minimum of 3 years of Digital Marketing experience (B2B, B2C, B2B2C)

  • Passion and spark towards digital marketing

  • Ability to plan and own top-level paid-search and/or paid-social and/or SEO strategy with business growth in mind

  • Strong data-driven approach and decision-making skills

  • Familiarity of modern day, intent based PPC strategies and optimal account structures

  • Valid certifications: Google Ads, Google Analytics, Microsoft Advertising

  • Experience managing larger Ad-spends (>100k/day)

  •  Strong, effective communicator

  • Highly effective with engaging internal stakeholders and advocating for channel needs

  • Highly developed, demonstrated teamwork skills

  • Ability to coordinate the efforts of diverse creative team members

  • Working knowledge of project managements tools (Wrike, Asana, Jira or similar)

  • Demonstrated ability to increase productivity and continuously improve methods, approaches, and team contribution

  • Commitment to continuous learning

  • Expertise in Internet strategy with a demonstrated track record

  • Understanding of financial models and how to drive performance towards bottom line goals

  • Strong background in contract negotiations, creating win-win partnerships

  • Demonstrated ability to see the big picture and provide useful advice and input across the company

  • Ability to lead and execute in an environment of constant change

  • Experience working in a flexible, employee-empowering work environment. Team collaboration a must

  • Highly skilled with the tools of the trade in a sales/corporate environment including written communication, website development, market research, product creation, Microsoft software suite of products

  • Experience with managing portfolio of partnerships, with accountability to maintaining consistent records of contracts and versions
