1. Construction Services

We provide three different methods of construction:

Design-Build Project Delivery is our preferred type and we are sure it will be yours too. The reason is that the owner manages only one contract with a single point of responsibility.

 

Our Designer and Project Manager work together from the beginning, as a team, providing unified project recommendations to fit the owner's schedule and budget.

2. Architectural Design and Drawings

With our in-house Architectural Designer we design and produce set of drawings to obtained building permits. We understand how structures, materials, space planning, and aesthetics melt together to satisfy the objectives given by the client. We produce:

3. Project Consultation

We understand that each project and client are unique and because of that we rather like to sit down together with our client to create an efficient and intuitive solution that express the client personal expectations.

 

We will advise in  the cost of the project, preparation of plans to obtain building permits, time frame to obtain building permits, scheduling of the project, selection of trade contractors, construction management, cost control, inspections, intervention of other consultant(s), and  completion of the project with Final inspection.

 

All this is explained to you so you have a complete idea about your project.

Buying a lot? Before you buy a lot, we will do a thorough zoning analysis, that way you don't buy the wrong property.

Subdividing your lot? We will prepare a Design guideline and building layout

Developing?  We will carry out a Feasibility study (Profitability analysis) for different kind of real estate developments.
